Cottage #1 is a four bedroom, bi level with two bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower lever. Each bedroom on the upper level has one double bed. One bedroom on the lower level has one extra long double (queen length) and one twin.
The second bedroom on the lower level has two extra long double beds. There is a queen hide-a-bed on the lower lever in the family room. The upper lever has one bath, one half bath, a large combination living room and dining room.
