This is the only unit that has both an upper and lower deck. However, the upper deck has such a magnificent view that the lower deck is seldom used except for bringing fishing gear into the family room encompassing the entire lower level. The upper level is complete with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. There are three bedrooms, a bath with twin sinks set in a kitchen counter giving more space for cosmetics.
